Video: A Tour of the Tropical Spice Garden, Penang

While staying with our friends Matt and Deborah from Travel With a Mate, we were very fortunate to be invited to the Tropical Spice Garden, one of Malaysia’s most popular eco-tourism sites. We spent the first part of the morning taking a tour of their spice garden trail, learning about all the herbs and spices used in Malaysian cuisine. Later that morning we made ourselves comfortable in the kitchen and learned how to cook traditional Nyonya cuisine from one of the best Nyonya cooks around, Pearly Key.
